Audra and I have been busy caring for our growing family. We've filled our busy schedules with church involvement, work, home-schooling, family, and travel. Today, our two oldest are in college and the youngest three are looking forward to the future. We are eager to enjoy our childrens' futures, career starts, marriage, and, yes, rather than dread it, we can't wait for grandchildren.
Oh, and check this out, I see by reading your profiles that you've ended up literally all over the world. Well, Audra and I live in the same house I grew up in over on Ada Road. Someone else bought the home after my parents left for North Carolina back in the late 1980's and then we bought it back in 1993. Cool huh?
My professional and military travels have taken me throughout the US. I've come to the conclusion that we live in a great land and that people are pretty much the same all over...you've got the good and the bad everywhere. In fact, our little corner of northwest-central Ohio is one excellent spot. It was a nice place to grow up and I love living here.
I'm thankful for the impact that many of you had on me and I only hope that I did, or someday can, return the favor. I miss you guys. Send me an e-mail, I'd love to hear from you.

Hard to say, there were many who inspired in different ways. I would have to say that Carol Rumer, Steve Dibert and the late Roy Young and Big E were the ones whose influence I most often recall.
